The house was just perfect for seven guests and well equipped for a very comfortable stay. Kitchen was spotless clean and well equipped. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were bright natural lights. Overall great stay for a reasonable price in Bay Area.

The only reason I've given this 5 stars is because there isn't a 6th! Our stay (~2 weeks) at Will's place was absolutely amazing. Firstly the location is brilliant both for access to other parts of Dublin and surrounding areas, and for local amenities. It's also a really peaceful and quiet area. The house was really spacious, well equipped and spotless. Exactly as described and presented on the pictures, but still managed to exceed our expectations. We were there for a family wedding, so had family with us, plus the odd friend here and there. Everyone had their own space, and the communal areas also had space for everyone to chill separately or come together as they wished. Finally Will - you simply couldn't ask for a more accommodating host. We only had a couple of questions and queries and these were answered swiftly and courteously every time. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in this area, don't look any further than this place - it's an absolute gem!

Lovely Stay in El Cerrito – A beautiful space with an AMAZING back yard and lots of amenities. Spacious, Clean, Comfortable, Cozy and in a GREAT location with easy access, parking in driveway and responsive hosts. I had a wonderful stay at Will, Aida and Johnny's place. The location was perfect – convenient, quiet, and close to everything I needed. The home was lovely, clean, and as pictured in the listing. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need to cook at home as well as other amenities that made the stay extra comfortable and easy. It was just me staying here, but with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, this place would be an amazing value for a family or a group traveling together. Plenty of space for everyone while still feeling cozy and welcoming. I was beyond pleased and would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Amazing place! We stayed here to attend our son’s graduation at A&M and it was the best stay we’ve had in College Station. Elegant, tasteful, and clearly designed with care - a real pleasure to stay indoors, with just the right amount of space for us. The king bed was heavenly, especially after a long international flight, and with the quiet neighborhood and soft window breeze, my husband and I both commented we’ve never slept better on a trip. The kitchen is well-stocked and ideal for us, as we wanted to do healthy cooking. I loved the Keurig machine, which helped us get over the jet-lag with caffeine power! The washer and dryer in the unit were a lifesaver for our weeklong stay, as we came only with carry-ons. The unit was across from the community pool. The location is great. Johnny and Taylor were wonderful hosts, communicative and proactive to address our requests. We only wish this home had been available in previous years. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

The apartment was as described. Johnny was prompt with getting back to me regarding minor discrepancies. The location and parking was a little confusing as there are several apt buildings. Once I realized the units were very visibly marked, I was able to navigate parking. Place was clean, updated and homey and perfectly located near my son. Very nice stay.

Wonderful stay — highly recommend! This home was clean, spacious, and beautifully styled — exactly what you hope for in an Airbnb. The suburban location was ideal, with shopping, a movie theater, and great restaurants all close by. Easy to find and get to as well. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at Will’s home in Dublin. It was conveniently located, very stylish and clean. We were so comfortable there as a family and enjoyed the outdoor spaces. We would love to stay again next time we are in the area.

We stay for 5 days. This property ia very nice , clean, well mantain , beautiful place . We , family of 7 , have a cozy and comfortable stay . The quiet , beautiful and safe neighborhood . my father of 80 years old even have a morning walk surround the area. Very convinient location , many restaurants , supermarket , store withn 5 -10 minutes drive . the house’ space big enough to accommodate our family . The host is very helpful and responsive, everything was perfect . will surely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice airbnb .

This would be the perfect set-up if you, or you and some friends, needed a comfortable place to work out of There's a dedicated office nook upstairs, along with a very spacious master bedroom, plus two other bedrooms which are smaller but don't feel cramped, even with decent sized beds in there. The beds were comfortable, and there were lots of extra linens, which was good, because I'm not a fan of Febreeze. But I was able to swap out the comforter on my bed for one with no scent, so I was happy. There are two living areas downstairs, and a generous sized kitchen. It's a very quiet neighborhood with high-density housing. This house was across from school sports field, but we never heard anything. Short drive to Tri-Valley hospital, so it's a nice place to stay at the night before or the night after a surgery if you're from out of town but still use Stanford.
