It is a 4 bedroom (2 Kings + 2 Queens), 2.5 bath house, with an open kitchen style. It has exterior private parking for at least 4 vehicles parked very comfortably (and free street parking available). The house has a central heating/AC controlled by an Ecobee thermostat. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit, and the kitchen is well stocked with plates and pans, a dishwasher, oven, filtered coffee marker, Keurig coffee maker and microwave. There is a large comfy couch with a 75" smart TV for your comfort. An extendable dining table for 4-6 people. Patio has a covered 10' x 10' tent with outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and outdoor games like Cornhole and Giant Jenga!
